One lesser-known feature of Azure that I find fascinating is Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). With AKS, developers can easily deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, an open-source system for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. It offers a seamless integration with Azure DevOps and allows you to scale your applications effortlessly. Another interesting feature is Azure Logic Apps, which allows you to create and run serverless workflows by visually orchestrating services and systems. It enables you to automate business processes by connecting different cloud services and on-premises systems. Lastly, Azure Functions is a powerful serverless computing platform that enables you to build and run small pieces of code, or functions, in the cloud. You can trigger these functions in response to events from various Azure services or external sources, making it a versatile tool for building event-driven applications.

While there are several lesser-known features in Azure, one that stands out to me is Azure Machine Learning service. It provides a cloud-based environment for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, making it easy for data scientists and developers to collaborate. Azure Machine Learning service comes with a rich set of tools and capabilities that enable users to build and deploy models with ease. Another interesting feature is Azure Blueprints, which provides a way to orchestrate the deployment of various Azure resources and configurations. It allows you to define a set of policies, roles, and resources that are required for your application, and then easily deploy them to multiple Azure subscriptions. Lastly, Azure Batch is a powerful job scheduling service that allows you to run large-scale parallel and high-performance computing applications efficiently. It simplifies the process of managing and scaling your batch jobs without worrying about the underlying infrastructure.

Azure offers a range of lesser-known features that can greatly enhance your cloud infrastructure. One such feature is Azure Arc, which enables you to extend Azure management and services to any infrastructure, including on-premises, multi-cloud, and edge environments. With Azure Arc, you can manage and govern all your resources from a single pane of glass, regardless of where they are located. Another interesting feature is Azure File Sync, which allows you to synchronize and centralize file shares across multiple servers and Azure Files. It offers hybrid cloud storage capabilities, making it easier to access and manage your files from anywhere. Lastly, Azure Policy is a powerful tool that helps you enforce regulations and control resource governance within your Azure environment. It allows you to define and enforce rules for resource properties, compliance, and security, ensuring that your infrastructure is aligned with best practices and organizational policies.
