In my experience, Power BI has been instrumental in simplifying the data consolidation process. We were able to pull data from various departments and systems, combine it using Power Query's data modeling capabilities, and create comprehensive reports and visualizations. The ability to schedule data refreshes on a regular basis ensured that the reports were always up to date and provided a holistic view of our organization's performance.
